Eddish Hand Press

Small limited editions entirely hand-made, though we do not make our own paper at present. Equipment is a post-foolscap folio Albion hand press and an 8x10 treadle platen press. Our composition types are Centaur, Garamond, Perpetua, Erhardt, and Baskerville. We have previously operated (1975 - 1994) under the name Embers Handpress. After such a long break, it seemed a good idea to change our name. The name Eddish reflects the fact that this will be our second harvest.
