Gillfoy Press and Paper Arts

My father-in-law closed up his print shop in Millwaukee, WI in 2002. He gave me the Vandercook #4 press in addition to other gear to outfit a shop. I moved it all to Minneapolis and set up a studio. He used the Vandercook as a proofing press before running large commercial jobs. I use the Vandercook to print very small runs of greeting cards, stationery items, and the occasional wedding invitation. I also use it as a tool in the creation of 2D, poetry art.
