NAPA was founded in 1876. It has a current membership of 160, including a number of members from outside the USA. Members engage in all aspects of amateur publishing, which include writing, artwork, editing, and production of amateur journals. Membership includes manuscript placement assistance, a monthly bundle of journals, a quarterly journal, an annual convention, laureate awards in eight categories. A membership form can be found on the web site. Send completed forms to: Bill Boys, Secretary Treasurer. Annual dues: $20 (regular) $2.00 for family members in the same household. A trial membership of three months is available at no cost.
