table top press

I am looking for a table top press to learn on. (to purchase)I am in the lower Wisconsin area (Madison) but can also travel to the Chicagoland area and perhaps even Minneapolis. Thanks! Also—if you are in madison and aren’t able to sell your press but wouldn’t mind “loaning” it I would be open to that too. Thanks
