Shipping a Vandercook
Looking to move a Vandercook from Omaha to Minneapolis (asap) and am hoping for tips and/or recommendations on shippers/riggers/movers.

Oh, jeepers. I am currently trying to un-crumple the SP-15 I had shipped via Bax Global from San Francisco to Minneapolis. Somewhere along the way after it left its previous home, the paper feed unit and the back panel took a mighty blow and got seriously dented. Thank goodness Norman of Hicks Bros., from whom I bought it, wisely insisted I buy insurance.
So I guess that’s the only advice I have: buy insurance!
do you mind me asking how much they charged for this (terrible) service?
