Antique Paper cutter

I have an antique paper cutter that I’m looking to sell. I don’t know what make it is because it appears the plaque that would have that info on it has fallen off or rusted off. It is a large paper cutter and I’m sure it needs a replacement blade. It is extremely heavy. If anyone has any info on this cutter I would greatly appreciate it. I’m currently taking your best offer and buyer would arrange pickup. I am located in Aurora, IL. Thanks for looking!
