Opportunity for shared Studio space in Chicago

I’m wondering if any other letterpress printers in the Chicago area are looking for a shared printing space. I have an opportunity for a very affordable co-operative space of between 600 and 800 square feet. I also have the equipment to set up a well-furnished shop, but alas, not the budget to rent a space on my own.

I’m also wondering if any one has experience with arrangements within shared spaces, whether just hobby spaces or commercial spaces. Any advice or info on your experience would be great!

The Location: The building is part of the Chicago Sustainable Manufacturing Center, also known as Bubbly Dynamics. You can see a bit more about it at this link: http://www.bubblydynamics.com/. Check out the photos, and the list of current tenants!

Cost: 800 square feet for about $600/month, 1000 sq feet about $800/month. Utilities included, plus T1 high speed internet (w00t!). (Different spaces, of course are different prices.)

If you or any one you know in Chicago area is interested in silk screening, or litho, or other printing processes and need a space, contact me! Combined mediums are awesome too! Feel free to pass my email on to anyone you think might be interested in this arrangement.
