Kent Aldrich, founder

The Nomadic Press

The Nomadic Press has been printing letterpress (and only letterpress) for 20 years. As a letterpress jobbing shop located in the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul we began reviving letterpress at a time when it looked as though the craft was as good as dead.

Now, after 20 years, Kent Aldrich and his Nomadic Press are still printing award-winning work on equipment as old as 126 years. A Pearl and a couple of C&Ps are the work horses of the print shop while a Vandercook provides a platform upon which larger work is executed. Also, the Kluge allows print runs of very large numbers to be wrought off.

The Nomadic Press is a commercial print shop which has printed work for clients across the United States. Feel free to call or email us for a estimate on your next project.
