I buy Van Son oil and rubber base inks from Ernest Green and Son who supply in Toronto. They sell type wash too!

Thanks I found a few suppliers in the meantime. The tricky part is if you Google “printing ink” 99.999999999999999 per cent of the search results is inkjet ink. :)
