hydraulic fluid for Challenge 305F paper cutter

Any recommendations for what kind of hydraulic fluid to use for this paper cutter? I’ve heard that lubriplate is an option but I though I’d also see what others are using.

Also still trying to track down a user manual for this cutter.

Any help would be appreciated.
