Handler & Son - Little Giant

Can anyone tell me what kind of press is this? It is about 30 cm high. It is described:
Handler & Son Newark N. J. / Little Giant

So all I know is that it comes from a New Jersey company. I found just one google link to “Handler & Son” press which was sold the other day on an E-bay.

I was told it is a bookbinder press. But I am not sure if this is even related to printing so maybe my question shouldn’t be directed to Briar Press forum?

It looks like a machinist’s bearing press, it is most definitely not a bookbinding press.

Probably you are right. Maybe someone knows anything about company Handler & Son from Newark?
