Small letterpress history/maker?

Anyone have any info on this teeny tiny press? I just bought it and would like to know what I have (maker? time period?) Thanks!

The press appears to e a Baltimore or Baltimorean No. 4 or 5 depending on chase size. For info on rail presses try Elizabeth Harris’s book “Personal Impressions”, page 27-29.
