I have a Pearl #8 and I took it appart last year to clean it. Problem now is I think I put it back together wrong. When I’m running the press it makes a loud noise when it’s going through it’s cycle like it’s binding up somewhere, this is happening right when the type meets the paper. When I activate the throw arm, it cycles through smooth and without the loud binding noise. It seems like it’s a gear off or something if that makes sense? Has anyone had this experence?
