Using Freightcenter.com
Hey there,
Has anyone used Freightcenter.com? I bought a press in North Dakota and need to have it moved to Georgia… I am having a hard time finding a reasonable way to get the press moved.
The other issue I am having is that the press (a vandercook) is not on a pallet and is on a residence. Freightcenter.com offers a “pick up and palletize” service. Has anyone used it? Is there any special directions I should give them to protect the press during shipping?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I want to make sure that the press gets here safe and sound.
I have used and recommended mi logistics a number of times. Ask for Scott: [email protected]. I am not sure if they have a palletizing service (they are a broker), but Scott has provided excellent service and very fair pricing.
