Miehle V45 twin piston pump
Has anyone ever serviced the twin pump on the V45? Is the crank for the pump and conrod bearings and bushes oiled from the container above it? There seem to be copper tubes running to each end of the crank plus to the piston cylinders. Has anyone changed the piston pump to a vane pump that comes out on the V50? Did any of the V45’s have the vane pump fitted to them?
My V50 has a diaphragm pump. It has diaphragms where the pistons would be.
Had to change the diaphragms once in 26 years.
