Here is the problem I am currently having…. The rocker lock is not currently “installed” on my C&P 10x15 NS (it hangs down at the front). I have the rocker lock spring and the rocker lock rod and pin…. my question is how on earth do you compress the spring enough in order to fully attach the assembly?
I used a leather strap from the front around the pin and pulled it forward and had a friend put the cotter pin in. It wasn’t easy but worked!
