Struggling to identify this wood type (with no manufacturer mark) which has been recently added to the MIAT museum collection (Ghent, Belgium). I’ve been told that there is a possibility this wood type does not come from Western Europe or US. I recently found a similar example (but in metal) held in a private collection in Istanbul, Turkey, but unfortunately no name was mentioned: http://typeandpress.formapparatus.com/yerevan-world-book-capital
Any tips are welcome.
Let me know if any additional images needed.
Thank you in advance.
