To unsubscribe from a discussion topic, visit your subscription settings to view a list of topics to which you are currently subscribed. Simply uncheck the ones you no longer want to follow and click the Update button to save your changes.
To turn off auto-subscribe mode, visit your account settings page and find the auto-subscribe checkbox. Be sure to save your changes by clicking the Submit button.
