Rouse Vertical Rotary Miterer

I acquired a Rouse Vertical Miterer from a friend and it has just been sitting around not being used for the last couple of years. It would be perfect for a busy shop. It comes with the original stand that holds the leading. It will need a new power cord spliced into the original wiring, not sure why the original power cord was cut.

I would be willing to trade it for a Challenge hand operated paper cutter. Please let me know if you have any questions.
