Kiss Cut Question
We finally got a Kiss Cut label job in house. My question is when using a 10x15 windmill do I want to use a die jacket and makeready under that or is tympan better to just cut the label and not the backing?
Thank you all-

i mostly use the die jacket, sometimes using shipping tape under it for makeready. your jacket has to be in pretty good shape.
23.30 cutting rule ,standard die cutting jacket ,possibly 1 sheet airmail under the plate . then patch the back of the die where needed , if its only a few hundred sheets i patch with cigarette papers as i find it kinder to the dies , and people expect huge numbers of impression off them because of the cost !
