Letterpress Customer Service

Rise and Shine Paper (www.riseandshinepaper.com) is seeking to hire a dedicated customer service assistant with experience in letterpress printing.

As a customer service assistant, your job will be to take calls and answer e-mails from prospective clients. You will be required to know a bit about what’s possible with letterpress, so you can guide customers to help make the best decisions.

Then, using our pricing formula, you will provide the customers with accurate time and pricing estimates for their project.

Then, you will work with customers to keep in touch throughout the production cycle.

Compensation can be based on an hourly rate or commission, as you prefer.

We are located in Alexandria, Louisiana.
