Specifying the size of a press

I have greatly enjoyed this site since joining in the last month or so. During that time, I have noticed that some people seem to specify the size of their press in different ways. I believe that the most accepted way to specify the size of a press, for presses which utilize chases at least, is to specify the inside measurements of the chase. The rationale is that this is the largest form which can be printed (assuming that one places the quoins in the middle of the form instead of between the form and the chase). Using this common method will give us all a better idea of the press size which people are talking about.
