Tabletop Letterpress for Beginner

Im looking for a tabletop letterpress as this is something I have always wanted to learn. I figure the best way to start would be getting my feet wet with the small tabletop letterpress. I promise it will be in good hands. If anyone can point me in the right direction or can help me, please let me know. I do not have a lot of money to spend but are willing to travel a great distance to obtain one.
