Sator Siena is based in the village of Orgia, near Siena, a small hilltop town in the Tuscan countryside. To date we have published, in limited edition only, 5 unusual books, some with unique covers created by artists and beautifully boxed - out of each edition; we take commissions on special books and reprints, finished with handbinding, and on the bookbinding/ book conservation side we take care of three prestigious private libraries, one in Siena, one in England and one in Ireland. We usually run 3-4 courses per year in book arts, binding - both modern and historical - and book restoration (this one aimed at those who wish to take care of their own private collections).
