Over the weekend I purchased an ornament from the Briar website, and when I clicked on the “download” button on the Briar site, after returning from PayPal, I am only getting an error message.
Do any of you know why this might be happening?

Did this issue ever get resolved? If so, how? I ran into the same issue.
I have the same problem. Made a purchase but was not able to download the file. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
