Press identification needed so I can learn how to fix it

In my hunt to find a small press for traveling and demonstrations my parents found me this little press. I’m trying to find more details on what it is and how to make it a fully functioning press again. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

this is a rubber stamp press, for printing rubber stamps, you really can’t do any fine printing on it.

Thanks dickg. That makes sense. Probably not the best mini press for what I’m trying to do, but I’ll try to research that to see if I have more luck on the repair.Thanks!

I have the same press, mine is complete, I am not too good with computers, i’ll see if my daughter will post a couple of pictures on here so you can see what it looks like complete, the parts you are missing can easily be made.
