C&P cleanup

I won’t bore anyone with how I managed to acquire a C&P press.
It’s been sitting in a shop for the past three years, but not used.
It has a layer of dust and spots of grime here and there. A motor is attached as well.
It “cycles” with what I expect to be the normal clinks and clanks, but nothing sounding out of the ordinary.
Two things:
I suppose I should do a light cleaning of this press. Is there a particular solvent or solution that is best for this purpose?
I thought I read somewhere that this type of press may have 32 or more “ports” that need to be oiled on a regular basis. Does anyone know where I might obtain a diagram/instructions for proper oiling of this “beast”. Thanks in advance…

If it’s just dust and a bit of grime, then a rag should do for cleaning with a bit of whatever solvent you’ll end up using. The ink table, the bed and the platen are the only surfaces that need to be clean. The rest is just cosmetic.

Use 30wt on-detergent motor oil for the press.
