I am researching the Worrell Uncial, designed by William Hoyt Worrell based on 5th Century Coptic writings owned by the University of Michigan Library. In 1923 he worked with an unnamed foundry to make a handset version of the type, and in 1942 he worked with the Linotype Corporation to convert his designs to the Linotype. Currently Skyline casts a handset version of Worrell using Linotype mats, and there is one partial set of Linotype mats owned by Dave Churchman. I am interested in buying a full set of Worrell mats for the Linotype. I would also be grateful for any more leads on the original foundry type. Thanks!
