Challenge HL 193 Paper Cutter

Challenge Machinery Co HL 193 Paper Cutter that has been loved for the past five years. Only needed to use it a few times as it turns out. Cutting surface measures just over 19” wide by approximately 42” end to end. Mounted on original challenge base with Casters for easy moving. Base measures 26” x 27”. A great safety feature it includes is two safety triggers that must be pressed in to allow the handle/blade to release. Also included is a mount to transport the blade for sharpening.
