Heidelberg central oiling question

Hello,
We have a well-used GTP platen (fairly new to us) and it’s got an issue I haven’t seen before. Some of the oil distributor chambers have very small (vent?) holes drilled in the sides of them. The action of the lever doesn’t feel right compared to our others - spongy and inconsistent, and a lot of oil bubbles out of the holes as the lever is pulled to the left.
Does this indicate that the oil lines served by those chambers are clogged or otherwise offering too much resistance? For that matter, are there supposed to be vent holes? I haven’t needed to tear down our other windmills enough to see those closely, and our GTP has no ink fountain so it’s fairly easy to get at these.
Thanks!
