Where to buy pulp board 40, 60, or 80pt.?

I’m having a heck of a time finding a company that sells pulp board in sheets, not pre-cut coasters. I need to create a high volume of drink coasters in a unique shape. Does anyone have sources they can point me towards?

Hello what ever city your near, google a paper house or paper mill.
Strathmore is one that makes a paper good for coasters. I also believe Nenah makes it to. Most of the mills you can buy direct. Full size sheets, carton qty.

Thanks Theo, I’ve used 24 pt. Neenah Blotter before but the client would like the thicker stuff. The same material that the blank KATZ Americas coasters are made of. I talked with a local coaster printer and they get their pulp board from EU, so I may be out of luck finding it here in the US.

Try Fisher’s Continental Ltd.

I have purchased coaster material from them to die cut coasters in very thick material.
If I remember correctly the sheets were pretty large, I had them cut down for shipping.

Try Robert Wilson Paper Company they have 60pt board in sheets for coasters. robertwilsompaper.com. 516.599.4114

Talk to Kim Dragoo at IPR Paper (www.iprpaper.com). You can get sample sheets to run before you order larger quantities.
