Nolan plant razed

The Nolan plant in Rome, NY has been razed as part of a foreclosure and subsequent environmental clean up. Nolan made proof presses, printers saws, remelters and other printing related machinery. Nolan later became Nolan Rampol and that’s the name on my remelter. A picture of the plant coming down is here:

Only a part of Nolan’s history was apparently in this building. I love that it began life as a macaroni plant!
