We just came accross a really nice morgan line-o-scribe 1114. It came with the sloping cabinet and some type just not a complete set. Is there a specific size or type of type to use on this machine or will standard letterpress type work? Once we clean her up we’ll need to figure out just how to use her.

These were designed for standard height 9.18 type.
Lino-o-Scribes have an adjustable roller that is super handy.
As you clean it up make sure that the rubber covering the cylinder is in good shape, you will need to get that recovered if it is too damaged or missing.
