Preferred Solvent for Metal Type in Los Angeles/SCAQMD
If you’re a printer in the Los Angeles/SCAQMD area where Odorless Mineral Spirits and other solvents are banned, I’d love to hear what you’re using to clean your metal type.

Try furnace oil for cleaning ink off type. Not hard on your hands too.
