I am printer/designer that has just moved to San Francisco and I’m looking for a FT position in the letterpress/design/printmaking field. I have considerable knowledge about all forms of printmaking especially letterpress. I’m just as well versed in many forms of digital media. I hold a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art in printmaking and I have also interned at Hatch Show Print.
Studio Know-how: Intaglio, Letterpress (galley as well as platen presses), Photopolymer plates, Relief, Fiber and paper based screen-printing, Lithography, bookbinding, Darkroom techniques, wood and metal construction Computer Knowledge: Mac based software including, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Quark, Powerpoint, Word, Stuffit Systems, FTP servers, Dreamweaver, Flash, and all font management systems Resumé, portfolio, and references provided upon request.
