Book Works

Book Works is a registered charity, set up to advance education for the benefit of the public in the visual arts, particularly in the form of books, which may be recognised as art forms in their own right.

We offer a singular service in hand bookbinding, boxmaking, letterpress printing and printmaking, and specialize in making one-off and limited edition books, boxes, artist’s multiples and portfolios. We offer letterpress printing from hot-metal type or plates, and the printing of books, frontispieces, or relief printmaking from wood, lino, metal plates, or monotypes.
