Vandercook SP-15 roller issue
My Vandercook SP-15 is having an issue with the form roller and the inking drum. When I release the rollers to meet with the inking drum they get stuck and do not oscillate. I’ve had this press for like 8 years and it’s entirely possible there’s something wrong because I haven’t done the best job maintaining it and I use it like everyday. Any help would be much appreciated!
Here is a photo of the press and rollers with ink, I have been pushing the rollers along to get the ink to distribute.

I sometimes have that problem with my No.4 when the ink is cold and/or ‘thick’ and ‘holds back’ instead of distributing easily. Warming the ink a little, or adding thinners overcomes the problem.
