Six sizes of a rare, ATF Caslon #471 long “s” (called “quaint characters” by ATF)—10,12,14,18,24,30 point. The long “s” appeared in England as early as the seventeenth century and was used in place of the traditional “s” except at the end of words. By 1789 the long “s” began to drop away from common use.
