Windmill GT part

Hello
I have a Heidelberg GT 13 x 18. My clutch Engagement Stop Lever (partGT1935) is worn, and somewhat rounded. Is it possible to refurbish this piece by building up the surface somehow? Steel “cap”, welding material, etc?

Our windmill would coast when you stopped it, there are two “V” shaped parts one on top and one on the bottom that i removed and had about two points of metal added at a machine shop, just like new now, don’t have a parts manuel handy or would give you part numbers.
These are at the end of the clutch handle and about half inch wide and 1 1/2 long easy to remove
