Vandercook SP15 Press

As I am downsizing to smaller quarters, I unhappily find that I need to part with my Vandercook SP15 press. Photos will be provided by e-mail, and visiting my studio for an in-person inspection is completely welcome. Being a letterpress novice, I was still able to create a page for the 2023 calendar of my APHA chapter, so you can be assured that the press is in fine working condition.

The press will be sold as-is for an asking price of $12,500.00 which reflects the facts that the press needs cosmetic work and most likely tuning adjustments that are beyond my experience level. The responsibility and cost of moving the press will be carried by the new owner; it is easily accessible from my garage. The third edition of Paul Moxon’s ‘Vandercook Presses: Maintenance, History and Resources’ is included in the sale. Given I will be moving soon, the press is non-returnable.
