Wanted: 23” guillotine paper cutter

In search of a 23” guillotine paper cutter in good shape. Thinking Challenge, but open to others, and could go small as 19”. Need it to be a “tabletop” model so I have storage space underneath.

I am downsizing from a 26” standing C&P guillotine due to a shop move and happy to trade that (see link below for info on that) or just buy a smaller one direct. I’m in Seattle, hopeful to find one in the northwest US. Thanks!
