HAMILTON DOUBLE CALIFORNIA JOB CASE CABINET; KLUGE PARTS; LETTERPRESS ACCESSORIES
(NOTE: This cabinet and all letterpress accessories came from a working print environment which recently ceased operations, and have not been sitting neglected in a barn or salvage yard, etc.)
An original Hamilton Manufacturing Company 42-case double printer’s type cabinet containing 33 full-size California job cases filled with assorted foundry type in various sizes and styles. The cabinet has nine additional empty case openings. Also included are wood headline type (1.375”), assorted printing cuts, ornaments, and miscellaneous loose type. The cabinet and cases show normal age and shop wear consistent with long-term use in a working letterpress printing operation. (Dimensions: 23”x72”x48”)
