The Southpaw Printers

A friend who brewed his own beer and printed his own labels was instrumental in lighting the letterpress fire for me (Steve) and my wife Mattie.The Southpaw Printers was established in 1981 and has always maintained that “we would not print for you but encourage you to come, share the hobby and print for yourself”. Guests would struggle with guidepins placed on the right side of the platten- hence the name and the discovery that “Left is Deft at the Southpaw Printers”.
