Are you looking for a single cavity die, to cut one 2”x31/2” card, or one with multiple cavities?
Does or did the USA have the same rules about sizes for ladies, gents and commercials? If required I could provide.
But maybe you are talking about frilly edges which we called
just ‘printers cards’ of which there was a vast variety.
