Shot in the dark here: Does anyone have parts for an Old Reliable 7x11 Thorpe, circa 1885? I am looking for the cast nameplate roller arm joining piece.
Ah. As tempting such generous offer be, the shipping, monetary exchange, and border duty costs to Canada would severely strain the Exchequer to the point of insolvency. That, plus an Engineer friend is astonished my guest bedroom floor already supports loads even his trusty slide rule cannot compute. :o) But it is heartening indeed to know other Old Reliables exist and have not been transformed into bumpers on a Toyota.
