Rosback perforator questions

Someone posted a Rosback perforator for sale, wooden table, cast iron frame and pedal - they say it can be lifted with two people.

Does anyone have advice for moving it? Anything I should look at prior to purchasing?

That perforator needs a side guide.

Ask for a demonstartion (if buying online) or check out the perforation pins yourself before you buy.

Thank you! We are looking at it in person Monday and can try it out. Do you know if there is any kind of substitute for the guides?

If you add some 2x6 skids, it will be easier to move with a pallet jack or pipe rollers. Have two people (for safety) rock it back, while a third slips 2x6s under the legs. Lag bolt in place.
