If you are trying to print flat fields of color you may find your Adana not up to the task. This is true with most platen presses—especially tabletop models. There is simply not impression strength to give you solid color all the way across a large plane. You may have better luck on a cylinder proof press where the impression is contained to one small area at any given time.
