Unfortunately there is a very large difference between the 15MP and the 15GP — from the inking system to the impression trip (which is what the info is really needed for). It looks like the MP has a traveling cylinder like the SP-15, while the GP cylinder is fixed with the bed shuttling back and forth.
I’m not sure how similar the 15 GP is to the 15 MP, but you can download the manual for the MP here:

I’d be interested in one if anyone locates one. I’ve got a 20KP press I’m helping restore with the fixed cylinder and shuttling bed. THanks!
