8 X 12 Chandler & Price ID help

We are trying to buy a C & P press and need to find its fair market value. The serial number on the press is B57630. My research says it was manufactured between 1916 - 1925. It is in good condition. Can anyone suggest a price and give me a more specif manufacturing date based on the serial number?

I see the press as 1923/1924. Hope these help!

Made around the summer of 1923. depending on condition and what is included, $500-$1,500. I paid $800 for one made in 1949 a year ago here in San Francisco.
