C&P 10x15 OS, questions.

Howdy!
I have several questions about my C&P. I have attached images via imgur.com.
My serial is C2613 so it is an OS from 1907 per the C&P serial pdf.
1. On the right hand side of the frame itself I have “II 1002”, what does this signify?

2. My treadle is the one that came with the press but it was not attached, only lying on the floor underneath. Having looked at the diameter of the available shaft on the press and the diameter of the holes on the treadle, they are not the same. Is this treadle from a New Series?
I figure I will use Hern to get a new treadle unless I am mistaken in where this attaches (doubtful since there is no other logical place to attach it)

EDIT:
It seems that I cannot link to images outside of the site and only have the option of editing and uploading through the site.
Here is a link to my offsite galleries, I realize it is a hassle to have to leave the site but so is additional work to add images!!

The treadle looks like it was made for an Old Series 8”x12”. The make on the frame is a casting or part number.

Ah excellent, then I will be in need of a new treadle!
I didn’t have a make on the Pearl, though many parts were stamped with a “13” which at first I thought were paired parts then I noticed it was not.
Thanks for the response as well, I’ll have to get a hold of Hern :)

Hi BDMatelier,
I was wondering if you would be interested in selling the 8x12 treadle. I’m currently working to restore my press and would love to be able to use an original one. Just let me know.
Thanks,
Jackie

I have no need for it! Let me give it a look over and make sure there are no cracks or breaks in it and if it’s solid then I have no problem parting with it!
I will be back in the shop tonight so I will let you know asap.

Thanks, just keep me posted!
Jackie
